  • The returned product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All returned items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or delivery note).

Requests for refunds that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately be declined.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain categories of products are excluded from our refund policy due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

  • Personalized products or made-to-order items (including products with engravings or custom embroidery).
  • Gift cards or credits issued by YatLis Store.
  • Personal care products or hygiene items (cosmetics, perfumes, underwear, etc.) once opened or used.
  • Promotional or discounted items, except in the case of a defect.
  • Subscriptions or services related to digital products or downloads.

3. Refund Requests and Returns

If you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Before returning an item, we ask that you contact us via email at service@yatlis.com. Please provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Details of the item you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional, but appreciated)

Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Step 2: Prepare the Return

The returned item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories (manuals, tags, etc.). If the item is damaged or incomplete upon receipt, it may be rejected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.

Step 3: Ship the Item Back

Once you receive the return authorization, you must return the item within 14 calendar days from the acceptance of your return request. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Step 4: Inspection and Refund

Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the condition of the product. If it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days from the receipt and inspection of the product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.


4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we apologize for the inconvenience. In this case, you have the option to:

  • Exchange the product for the same item (subject to availability).
  • Receive a full refund, including return shipping costs.

To do so, please contact us within 7 business days from receipt of the order and send us photos of the defective or damaged product to service@yatlis.com.

We will cover the return shipping costs if the product is defective or damaged during delivery.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, you must follow the standard return process described above. Once the item is returned and refunded, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date we receive the returned products. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Defective or damaged product upon receipt.
  • Our error in fulfilling your order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.


8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for the product to be delivered and follow the standard return process.


9. Exceptions and Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following cases:

  • The product has been damaged after receipt due to misuse or negligence on the customer’s part.
  • The refund request exceeds the 14-day period from the receipt of the order.
  • The returned product does not meet the acceptance conditions (used, opened, incomplete, etc.).

In such cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange at our discretion.
